RojgarSetu (rojgarsetu.co.in) is a dedicated, independent digital portal providing comprehensive, verified information on government recruitment notifications, competitive exam schedules, results, admit cards, answer keys, admissions, and scholarships across India. We are an independent publisher, not affiliated with any government department, ministry or public commission. Every listing is compiled from an official source — a department or commission portal, gazette or notification PDF — and links back to it so you can check it yourself.

Mission#

Our core mission is to empower aspirants across urban and rural India with transparent, timely, and clutter-free career guidance. Government recruitment processes are often characterized by complex legal jargon, multi-page PDFs, and fragmented updates. RojgarSetu bridges this information gap by turning long notifications into structured, readable listings that stay close to the source document and link straight back to it.

How a Listing Reaches This Site#

We want to be exact about this, because it affects how you should use the site. RojgarSetu runs a largely automated publishing pipeline, with a person in the loop for some — not all — of what we publish.

1. Source discovery: Our system monitors official commission and department portals (.gov.in / .nic.in / .ac.in and similar) and picks up new notifications. We do not publish from rumours, forwarded messages or unverified social-media claims.
2. Automated extraction: Vacancy counts, eligibility, age limits, fees and key dates are extracted from the official notification into a structured record using our automated extraction pipeline.
3. Automated checks before publishing: Every record must clear a set of programmatic gates — the source must be verified against the official site, the listing must carry a working link you can act on, it must not duplicate an existing listing, and it must pass data-integrity and completeness checks. Anything that fails is held back for a person rather than published.
4. Publishing and afterwards: Listings that clear every automated check may be published automatically, without a person having read them first. Others are reviewed by a person before going live. After publication we track corrigendums, deadline extensions and addendums and update the listing.

Those extraction and drafting steps are automated and include AI-based components: our pipeline reads the official notification, structures it into a listing, and drafts the supporting explanatory sections. It is not used to decide what is true — figures and dates are carried through from the source notification, and generated content is sanitised before it is stored.

What this means for you: a page on this site may have been assembled and published entirely by software. That is why every listing links back to the official notification, and why the official PDF — not this page — should be treated as the authority on anything that affects your application: dates, fees, eligibility, reservation and pay. Where we work something out ourselves, such as an indicative 7th CPC salary breakdown, we label it as our own estimate. Where a notification does not state something, we say it is not stated rather than filling the gap.
