Notification details — dates, vacancy counts, fees, eligibility — can change after we publish, and mistakes can happen during compilation. This page explains how we handle both.

Our Commitment#

When a factual error is confirmed, we correct it as soon as we are able to verify the correct information against the official source — we do not leave known errors live.

How to Report an Error#

Every job, result, admit card, admission and scholarship page has a "Report Error" link in the sidebar that opens our Contact page pre-filled with a reference to that listing. You can also use the "Report an Error" category on the Contact form directly, and tell us what looks wrong and, where possible, a link to the correct official source.

What Happens Next#

We check the report against the listing’s official source. If the report is confirmed, we update the listing and its "Last Updated" / "Last Reviewed" date changes to reflect the correction. If we cannot confirm an error from an official source, we will not change the listing on the basis of an unverified report alone.

Significant Corrections#

For a correction that changes the substance of a listing — a wrong last date, an incorrect eligibility requirement, a cancelled recruitment — we update the listing directly rather than adding a note, since an outdated notification page is more harmful than a silent fix; the "Last Updated" timestamp on every page is the record that a revision happened.

Contact#

Report an error via our Contact page using the "Report an Error" category.
