DMCA Policy

RojgarSetu respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright.

Overview#

Notification facts (dates, vacancies, eligibility) are drawn from public official sources and are not subject to copyright in the way original written or visual work is. If you believe original content you own — text, an image, or other material — has been used on RojgarSetu without authorization, you can submit a takedown notice.

Filing a Notice#

Send a notice via our Contact page using the "DMCA Request" category, including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The exact URL(s) on rojgarsetu.co.in where the material appears
• Your contact information (name and email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notice#

If you believe content was removed in error or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice via the same Contact channel, including your contact information and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringers#

Accounts responsible for repeated, confirmed infringement may be suspended or removed.
