Editorial Policy

This Editorial Policy explains how RojgarSetu decides what to publish, how it is written, and how it is kept accurate.

Our Standard#

Every notification we publish must trace back to a genuine, publicly available official source — a government department, recruitment board, university, or commission. We do not publish rumours, unverified forwards, or third-party blog claims as if they were official notifications.

Sourcing#

Notifications are detected from official department and commission websites and their published PDFs. Every listing on RojgarSetu links back to the original source (official website and/or notification PDF) so you can verify it yourself — see our Fact-Check Policy for how that verification works.

AI-Assisted Drafting, Human Review#

Some listings are drafted with AI assistance from official source text — turning a scanned PDF or dense notification into a clear, structured page (dates, eligibility, fees, links). Every AI-assisted draft is reviewed by an editor against the source before it is published. AI drafts; it does not decide what goes live, and it never invents facts, dates or figures that are not in the source document.

Independence#

RojgarSetu is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or paid by any government department, commission or recruiting body. Advertising on the site (including Google AdSense) never influences which notifications are published or how they are described.

Keeping Listings Current#

When a notification changes upstream — an extended last date, a corrigendum, a cancelled exam — we update the listing and the page’s "Last Updated" date reflects it. We do not backdate or hide the fact that a listing was revised.
