The Digital India BHASHINI Division, in collaboration with Current AI and Kalpa Impact, hosted the finale of the VYOMA Innovation Challenge at IIIT-Delhi to showcase open-source AI solutions built on the Suno Sutra reference design. Ten finalist teams demonstrated prototypes addressing sectors like healthcare, agriculture, and legal services, with four teams ultimately recognized as winners. The initiative aims to advance open, multilingual, and offline-capable Edge AI for diverse Indian contexts.
