Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh announced that the Emerging Science, Technology & Innovation Conclave (ESTIC-2026) will be held from 27–29 October 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, and will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The conclave features three Nobel Laureates—Prof. Joachim Frank, Sir Richard J. Roberts, and Prof. Kostya Novoselov—alongside 12 thematic areas and participation from 13 ministries.
