How to Apply
- 1 - (a) Fill up the application in prescribed format as per Annexure ‘A’along other annexure (Format attached) on good quality A-4 size white paper after carefully reading the Employment Notice.
- 2 All columns of application should be filled up by the candidate in his/her own handwriting in English/Hindi using blue/black ball point pen.
- 3 Applicant should write in his/her own handwriting ‘the sample declaration statement in the space provided in the applications form’.
- 4 Applications without the written declaration will be rejected.
- 5 Applicant should firmly affix on the application one recent (taken within one month) colour passport size photograph (without cap and/or colored glass) revealing the full face WITH White background.
- 6 Applications with hazy, faded, unclear photo will be rejected.
- 7 The applicant should send 02 (two) photographs (without cap and/or colored glass)duly signed on the back of them with application form and keep at least 05 (five) same photographs also with them for future use.
- 8 Applicant should enclose with the application a set of legible Photocopies (Xerox) of all Certificates, in proof of Educational Qualification, Age, Caste Certificate and Proof of Sports Achievements (Certificates) etc duly attested by any Gazetted Officer or Self-Attested.
- 9 All candidates should enclose application fee as explained at Para-9 above without fail.
