Documents Required
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the college, in original, on college letterhead, confirming relief for the internship and a minimum of 15 working days' presence per month.
- Police verification acknowledgement from the local police station.
- Undertaking for adherence to the Indian Official Secrets Act, 1923.
- Undertaking to follow IT rules and regulations applicable to the Ministry of Defence.
- Bank account details for transfer of the internship stipend.
- Medical fitness certificate from an authorised medical practitioner holding at least an MBBS degree.
- Original Aadhaar card and college ID card, for verification at the time of joining.
- passport-size photographs.
- All previous semester mark sheets in original, for on-the-spot verification (returned immediately after verification).
- Indemnity form, to be provided by the college as and when required by DRDL/ASL/CAS.
- Character certificate from the college, and police verification certificate, to be brought by shortlisted candidates at the time of the walk-in.
Preparation Tips
- Maintain minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in your current programme.
- Obtain a request letter from your Principal/Director highlighting your merit and academic excellence.
