Eligibility

• Master’s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55% of marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.
• minimum of ten years of experience at the level of Assistant Librarian/Deputy Librarian/Additional Librarian in a University / College / Indian or Foreign Research Institution of comparable standards, of which at least three years should be at the level of a Deputy Librarian/Additional Librarian.
• Evidence of innovative Library services, including the integration of ICT in a library.
• Ph.D. Degree in library science/ documentation/ archives and manuscript keeping. 2 DEPUTY LIBRARIAN Minimum Educational Qualifications and Experience:
• Master’s degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ documentation science, with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.
• Eight year’s experience as an Assistant University Librarian/ College Librarian.
