3.1 The selection process for the post of Local Bank Officer shall be conducted in four phases, namely: I. Online Written test II. Screening III. Language Proficiency Test followed by IV. Personal Interview. The Bank reserves the absolute right to decide whether all or any of these modes shall be adopted for selection for the notified post. I. Online Written Test: Eligible candidates will be required to appear for an Online Written Test. The structure of the test shall be as follows: Name of the Test No. of Questions Maximum Marks* Sectional Duration (in minutes) Reasoning & Computer Aptitude 25 25 35 Data Analysis & Interpretation 25 25 35 English Language 25 25 25 Quantitative Aptitude 25 25 35 General/Economy/Banking Awareness 50 50 50 • There will be negative marking for wrong answers. One - fourth of the marks assigned to each question will be deducted for each incorrect answer. • Candidates will have to score minimum qualifying marks of 40% for General/EWS category and 35% for Reserved category in each section. • The Bank, however, reserves the right to revise the minimum qualifying criteria at its sole discretion.
