Levels Educational Qualification Level
Minimum Graduation in any faculty from a recognized University. 5/4 Level 3/2 Passed 12th (+2 stage) OR its Equivalent Examination from recognized Board. OR Passed Matriculation from recognized Board plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship. OR Passed Matriculation from recognized Board plus ITI approved by NCVT/SCVT. Level 1 10th Pass from recognized Board OR ITI OR Equivalent OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT Note: (I) Persons if appointed to the category of Clerk-cum-Typist should acquire Typing proficiency Test of 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi within a period of four years from the date of appointment and till such time their appointments to this category will be provisional. (II) Candidates possessing higher qualification should produce graduation/postgraduation certificate at the time of DV & trial. 3.3.
