CGPA/Grades must be converted to marks as per the university's formula before filling in the application. The candidate's name, parents' names, and date of birth in the profile and application must match the Matriculation/Secondary School certificate exactly. Only one online application per candidate is allowed; multiple applications will lead to cancellation of candidature. Candidates serving in the Armed Forces must inform their Commanding Officer in writing and carry a countersigned application to the SSB. Requests to change the SSB interview date or centre will not be entertained. Candidates must report within 7 days of their candidature reporting date, or their candidature will be cancelled. Candidates who marry after the date of application, or during training, will lose eligibility or be withdrawn from training. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Hindi versions of the notification, the English version shall prevail.
