Documents Required

• Class 10th/Matriculation mark sheet and Class 10th passing certificate A recent passport-size colour photograph (not older than six months as on the last date of receipt of application), front portrait in a light background without headgear (except for Sikhs), taken while holding a black slate bearing the candidate's name and the date the photo was taken, written clearly in white chalk in capital letters.
• Two copies of the same photo must be retained for submission at the time of enrolment.
• Consent certificate signed by parents/legal guardian, for candidates below 18 years of age; candidates above 18 years must sign a self-consent certificate A self-addressed envelope with a ten-rupee stamp affixed

Exam City / District Details

• Candidates from J&K, Assam and Meghalaya are to carry any other valid ID Proof, if not in possession of Aadhaar card.

• 3 CANDIDATES SHOULD NOT FALL PREY TO UNSCRUPULOUS PERSONS POSING AS RECRUITING/SELECTING AGENTS.
• 4 Last date for receipt of application is 17 August
• 5 Candidates born between 01 January 2005 and 01 July 2009 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply.
