- Phase II - Online Examination: Paper 1 is a descriptive English test (3 questions, 100 marks, 60 minutes, 1/3rd weightage); Paper 2 is a stream-specific objective paper (50 questions, 100 marks, 40 minutes, 2/3rd weightage). Negative marking of 1/4th mark applies to Paper 2. Candidates equal to 5 times the number of vacancies are shortlisted, in merit order, for Phase
- Phase III - Interview: Conducted only for candidates shortlisted after Phase II; can be attended in Hindi or English.
