Selection Process
- Selection will be through Personal Interview only.
- Applications are first scrutinized based on essential qualification, age, category, and PPQE; candidates must produce supporting documents at the document verification stage.
- Only Executive Cadre experience in the concerned PSU/Central/State/Private organization is considered eligible; contract experience engaged directly by PSU/Government bodies may be considered, but contract experience through third-party contractors will not be considered.
- Candidates will be shortlisted for interview in a ratio of 1:10 (maximum), prioritized by relevant experience, then qualifying exam marks, then age (elder/senior first) in case of ties.
- The Selection Committee will assess candidates on job knowledge, general knowledge related to the post, and personality, in addition to qualifications and PPQE.
- Meeting the minimum qualification/PPQE criteria does not guarantee shortlisting for interview.
- Date, time, and venue of interview will be communicated only via email to shortlisted candidates; the shortlist will be hosted on the HAL website.
