Eligibility Criteria
(क). राष्ट्रीयता: उम्मीदवार को या तो (i) भारत का नागरिक होना चाहिए, या (ii) नेपाल की प्रजा, (iif) भारतीय मूल का व्यक्ति जो पाकिस्तान, म्यांमार, श्रीलंका और पूर्वी अफ्रीकी देशों eam, युगांडा, यूनाइटेड रिपब्लिक ऑफ तंजानिया, जाम्बिया, मलावी, ज़ैरे और इधियोपिया और वियतनाम से भारत में स्थायी रूप से बसने के इरादे से पलायन कर गया हो, बशर्ते कि उपरोक्त श्रेणियों (ii) और (iii) से संबंधित उम्मीदवार वह व्यक्ति हो जिसके पक्ष में भारत सरकार द्वारा पात्रता का प्रमाण पत्र जारी किया गया हो। हालांकि, नेपाल के गोरखा प्रजा के उम्मीदवारों के मामले में पात्रता का प्रमाण पत्र आवश्यक नहीं होगा। (ख). आयु सीमा : 04 जनवरी 2027 को 24 से 27 वर्ष (जन्म 02 जनवरी 2000 से पहले और 0 जनवरी 2006 के बाद का न हो; दोनों तारीखें शामिल हैं)। नोट : कैंडिडेट्स ध्यान दें कि मैट्रिकुलेशन/सेकेंडरी स्कूल एग्जामिनेशन सर्टिफिकेट या उसके बराबर के सर्टिफिकेट में एप्लीकेशन जमा करने की तारीख पर लिखी जन्मतिथि ही मानी जाएगी और बाद में इसे बदलने की कोई रिक्केस्ट नहीं मानी जाएगी या मंजूर नहीं की जाएगी। (ग) शैक्षिक योग्यता: LLB डिग्री में कम से कम 55% कुल मार्क्स (ग्रेजुएशन के तीन साल बाद प्रोफेशनल या 40 प्लस 2 एग्जाम के पांच साल बाद ) | इसके अलावा, CLAT PG 2026 स्कोर सभी कैंडिडेट्स (LLM क्लालिफाइड और LLM में शामिल होने वाले कैंडिडेट्स सहित) के लिए ज़रूरी है | कैंडिडेट्स को बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया/स्टेट में एडवोकेट के तौर पर रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए एलिजिबल होना चाहिए।
