Selection Process
Selection is entirely through a Personal Interview. NaBFID will shortlist candidates for interview from newly qualified Chartered Accountants registered on the ICAI Placement Portal.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview in a ratio of 5 to 15 times the position-wise vacancies, as decided by the Bank. Interviews will be conducted only at the Mumbai Centre of ICAI. Total marks for the interview: 100. Minimum qualifying marks: not less than 40% for GEN/EWS candidates, and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates. The Bank reserves the right to waive or modify the minimum qualifying marks at any stage, without prior intimation.
