• 2 The followingself- attesteddocuments (in PDF format) along with scanned copy of recent photograph and signature are to be uploaded to the portal:

• 4 Document in support of all the Educational qualifications mentioned in the application form.
• 5 Document in support of ITI/other relevant qualifications.
• 6 Document in support of Experience, if applicable.
