• 14.7.3 The Persons with disability having less than 40% disability (covered under the definition of Section 2(s) of the RPwD Act, 2016 but not covered under the definition of Section 2(r) of the said Act) and having difficulty in writing can also avail the assistance of scribe for writing answers on their behalf after producing the certificate as per Annexure V(D) and submission of letter of undertaking as per Annexure V(E) at the examination centre.
• 14.7.4 All one-eyed candidates and candidates whose visual degree of disability is less than 40% shall not be considered as Visually Impaired persons.
• 14.7.5 Candidates eligible for scribe under para 14.7.1, 14.7.2, and 14.7.3 above and wish to avail the scribe facility must opt for scribe in their online application.
