PET is qualifying. Failing a single event ends your candidature, so train for every event, not only the run.PET सिर्फ़ क्वालिफाइंग है। एक भी इवेंट में फेल हुए तो आप बाहर, इसलिए सिर्फ़ दौड़ नहीं, हर इवेंट की प्रैक्टिस करें।
- The medical examination checks eyesight, hearing and general fitness against the standards printed in the notification. Estimate at the entry basic pay. Only the 10% NPS contribution is deducted; income tax and insurance are not. Officers living in government accommodation do not get HRA. Force allowances such as Risk and Hardship Allowance, ration money and special duty allowances depend on the posting and are not included here, so field postings often pay more than this table.
